Well the way I would put it is just avoid BA if paying for seats (and as noted you don't have to) is something you just object to. No need to get emotional about it really, just make a consumer choice based on your personal preferences. Some people will agree with you, some won't.
If you come and express an opinion on an internet forum and expect everyone to agree with you, then I am afraid you are always in for a disappointment - and tbh it would make for a very dull FT
