I used to sell them on a re-sale site. It's a hassle, but I'd typically get $350 back a year doing that, which helps off-set the Amex fee.
Now I'm just going to buy something physical that I can re-sell on eBay. It likely won't yield as much, but at least I won't have to deal with these Dell idiots blocking my account.
