It's quite difficult to advise on options without more details, but I don't see where the refare came from, cancellations don't get refared unless you are also trying to change something. From WAS there are about 8 options with at least a business cabin availability, mostly on United.

This would be for other passengers, not impacted, not cancelled but who may wish to change travel and thus remove pressure on the system.
