AA is refundable, so I can cancel (and they actually have people who answer a telephone call...). Obviously BA did not rebook me same day (flight cancelled at midnight, they booked me next day/today). After an hour on the phone w/ them they want to split us up (minor kids on one flight, us on another). Nice. So much for the BA Gold line and BA Gold FF benefits. Seriously.

Finally got through on the BA Gold line. Dealing with them now, 90 mins on the phone.
