Yep, just go to the site and find some type of link for Help, Contact us, or whatever and send them a message through that, may take them a few days, but theyll get back to you and they will get in touch with the store. I always ask for business cards at the store when they give me trouble but for me it's staples managers that are naughty. Couple of times when I ask for business cards they capitulate on the spot as they probably know exactly what's about to happen in the next few days. The staples employees basically hate ringing up thousands worth of gift cards.
