COEX is a fine hotel but don't expect a room upgrade - all rooms are the same (except for a few suites and they never upgrade to those). I personally the Grand IC - older but much nicer rooms and facililites, also closer to the subway station - ask to be upgraded to the Club floors. Enjoy. (The COEX and Grand are about .5 mile apart from each other, often confusing people which IC to go to...)
