Funny there is a "reasonableness" test applied to me, not to the airlines charging $28k for 5 tickets one way.... Ha. BA is a Spanish budget airline masquerading as a real airline. Seriously.

I am refusing their offered refund (once that happens, they will say we are "square", which we are decidedly not).
