I have a Singapore Airlines itinerary from Bali back to the U.S. with a six-plus hour layover in SIN. I wouldn't mind leaving the airport, even if just for a couple hours, to meet up with a friend and do some quick exploring.

Is this possible to do? Or would I face issues with immigration?
