Does anyone have experience with this? I know ANA has a flight leaving out at 11am that morning, so do you think it would be possible to get in line and check my bags in early during that time that agents are at the counter or is that a definite no go? I definitely would like to have more than 2 hours or so of time to explore airside at SIN and I’m just trying to see if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks!
I was on the nighttime NH844
1) would get there 3.5-4hr before departure time, and wait in the initial line (there's an initial line to check VisitJapanWeb/Covid vaccine cert, and long line for Y passengers after that)
Having ANA Diamond / *G / J ticket helps a little (typically you get escorted thru the VisitJapanWeb line and to the less-busy Diamond/*G/J line)
2) I asked if I could have check in my bags earlier at 9am - they said no
3) more airlines are joining the Jewel earlycheckin, hopefully ANA re-joins before summer
