This sounds really concerning, especially the wait times. Staying at either the Prince Sakura or Sheraton Miyako for 3 nights in ~week. The PS is +$50/nt, but I was going to choose it for the easy transit access (especially Narita Express) and lounge access. Don't plan on having full meals when all of Tokyo is on offer, but value having convenient access to quality snacks/drinks. Sounds like this is not the case anymore... The Sheraton doesn't get stellar reviews
either, but that was last July.

At the Prince Sakura Tower now. Interestingly, they initially denied me (plat) an upgrade to a tokyo tower room over the app (claiming they're "fully booked"), but asking again at the desk fixed that. Breakfast is indeed underwhelming as everyone has confirmed, although the facilities are nice. Haven't had to wait to get in at all, but these have been weekdays. Won't have a chance for cocktails, but the nightcap times were completely deserted.
