Just adding two more data points that I was not able to pre-order on the A321NEO on LAX-SEA in October and now on an SEA-FLL in December. Both advance F bookings, not upgrades.

Does it have anything to do with the new system when you scan the QR code on the IFE to see the menu onboard?
