Advised on My Trip that my Paid Premium Comfort flight BKK -AMS on 3/03/23 was disrupted and relegated to 18c economy being 6ft tall this was unsuitable . Called both KLM and Flying Blue first told no seats available in Economy Comfort on or near that date told I could cancel and request a refund . Unfortunately my Holiday arrangements have already been made leaving mid January .Eventually having spent 3 hours on the phone including being disconnected was told that they did have economy comfort seats but I would have to pay extra around £90 and claim it back strange as my original booking was in a higher class W and advertised with more legroom and recline etc. Anyway after much back and forth and disputing this fee I was eventually booked into Economy comfort will I still get compensation for the down grade ?
