Your manager won't be lying or playing games any longer. You can put in 30 minutes of leg work to fix a store indefinitely.

Explain that the store manager isn't acting in good faith by not replenishing the GC's, or keeping them locked up, and then I like to play dumb and tell corporate "The manager said blah blah, is this true?"
What if I do not use twitter? How do I get thru the corporate? I imagine sending an email to the office at the top might also do the trick.
