ICN: Lounge on arrival - Are arrivals separated from departures?
Hi
My parents will be landing 3 hours before me in ICN next week. They want to wait at the airport, so I am wondering if it is possible to visit a lounge on arrival? All the lounges seem airside, but are arrivals separated from departures?
