We were surprised as well, but I sort of see her point. The seat foam in 18K was pretty heavily squished / compressed, making the seat rather uncomfortable. To her credit, she did want to help, and went to try 18K, but came back a while back saying she has a back problem and the 18K seat itself is too uncomfortable, which I was understanding of.
