As I understand it, you arrive on 31 December, when there is no strike. So I wouldn't expect BA to move you and the guidance says "arriving on 23rd, 24th, 25th & 28th, 29th 30th".
thank you. The rules however say “
“Customers travelling on/between 23-25 December and 28-30 December, whose final destination is London” which is not the same as arriving on !
Unless there are other rules somewhere ?
