I have Hilton Diamond through the Aspire card. Booked a one-night stay for December 14-15. Booked the cheapest room available, 2 queen beds. No complimentary upgrade, I checked in via the app and was offered paid upgrades chich I declined. I was assigned a room in the second floor right in front of the elevator with an obstructed view of the parking lot. When I arrived the smoke alarm was beeping every minute or so, they sent engineering to my room and it was replaced it quickly enough. Stopped by the hotel bar at night and ordered some food and drinks, at checkout I saw the dining credit was applied automatically. The room itself was nice enough although the bathroom was very small and the showerhead was not very good.
