They certainly seem to be trying hard to put off would be guests. From memory they were one of the first Hilton’s I stayed in to outsource their car park to a 3rd party, allowing them to absolve themselves of any complaints on the charges, or any free benefits for HH guests.

Its location has never been great and walking up to the city centre and back on a dark afternoon/evening can be a little nerve-wracking.
