This is unknowable. From first glance there isn't a minimum purchase time restriction in the ticketing rules, it's just that when all booking class I availability runs out the fares will start to rise. If you wanted an arbitary timeframe and you are travelling midweek then "6 weeks" is what I would suggest, but you can't attach too much to that.
