Didn't care that much about a suite in particular, but the base room is quite small. Again, they were sold out so I don't hold it against them, just as a note for people to be aware. Definitely were not offered a welcome drink. Again, maybe chalked up to the lobby being very busy and not many other globalists coming in with an art convention. On the other hand, it would have been nice to have been given a couple vouchers for drinks to make up for the 10 minute check-in wait if nothing else. I wasn't expecting it or feel I was entitled to it, but missing small touches like that just shows me it's either not a very service-oriented hotel, or potentially the staff is newer and not as well trained. I'm sure the hotel is now much busier than it would have been the last 3 years.

By "order anything off the menu" I assume you mean multiple items? That's not what we were told, so perhaps either the person didn't understand what I was asking, or because they were so slammed with the convention they decided to limit it the days we were there. There was a warning sign up indicating breakfast would be extremely busy.
