If EF shows bassinet seat taken does that mean a baby on board?

Flying next weekend (3 class 777 with new CS) and the seat map on EF shows one of the bassinet seats 10A occupied, the other 10K blocked.

Does this mean there is going to be a baby on board? Or is there some other category of flier who could have allocated this seat at t-7?

Thanks.
