I’d rule out ORD because the winter weather there can still be a bit iffy in March and I’m all about easy routes even if it’s not my first pick of aircraft. I’d probably pick CLT for relatively easiest immigration option, especially if you don’t have Global Entry, and connection times that are ample but not excessive.
