Well, so far it's not working...The first call the agent said she'd look into it, and said she would put me on hold. After ten minutes I got the dial tone. Next, I called back the Diamond number, and she said she couldn't help and that I should call the Diamond number! I told her the number, and she said it shouldn't have been routed to her. Now, on hold...Hopefully, the third time will be the charm. BTW This was all booked, paid, flown through the Delta website.
