They are not upgrading beyond what's required unless you pay very significant upsell. Told me repeatedly that we were "upgraded" even though partial ocean suite was secured months prior with tsu. Anything above - very significant extra $$ even in low season. Ymmv of course - just set expectations accordingly.

Thanks, will def not hope for a suite then. Right now in a 2 Queen City view as that was what we got with points. Hoping for something more ocean view and a king. We check in tomorrow and availability for the above. No upgrade in app yet and no contact from the resort this week leading up to the stay.
On a positive note we’ll be somewhere without snow and the temperatures will be about double what they are at home!
