I would rule out ORD. The connection experience isn't good, and National Express / Elizabeth Line to LGW would be better.

MIA has its friends and foes, not sure if you would want to drive the last sector, and the Brightline train service is due to start from MIA to Tampa at some unspecified point in 2023. However it's a very long day, and a very late arrival. PHL would normally be my preference, it has something akin to a flight connection route, though you still need to recheck bags there, as for all USA arrivals: bags must be cleared at the port of arrival. However the connection time is too long, you will be a bit of wreck by that time. CLT would be second normally, but CLT is better airport in departure terms, PHL is showing its age somewhat. The connection time is good, you don't have to get up too early for the MAN departure, and both MAN and LHR will be over their peak periods. So CLT would be my preference there.
