Has anyone had any experience of whether you get lounge access included as a diamond in Crowne Plaza's in the UK and EU? I was a spire elite previously and always got lounge access included at CPs like Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, Plymouth, Dublin, Copenhagen etc. Now Diamonds can earn a lounge pass benefit at 40 nights, has anyone any experience if CP's still give lounge access to Diamonds as standard or not?
