Larry, we had this discussion on two other threads here. I read the CAA report and as an engineer I can say it is somewhat misleading. And it is extremely misleading how reporters latch onto it and spread more urban legend.

Again, when we start using cell phones on airplanes here in the US, these types of reports will go in the wastecan. How long do you think other countries will wait to follow the US? I'm guessing they will be everywhere in the world in about 18 months after the first one starts.
