Yes, those four pictures look very similar to my last two Economy Delight flights to/from the US West Coast.
There were just two drinks runs with alcohol. The first with the pretzels, as in the first of the pictures (eg. got a Gin & Tonic). The second was wine or a beer with lunch ... and yes, that second picture is lunch and its tiny.

All-in-all, my two flights found food/beverage catering in economy to be waaaay down from pre-pandemic. The fares were considerably higher.
