If you are paying for a room, then yes. If you choose a comp room and pay for an upgrade at check in, then probably no.
However, some people have been able to get comp night to count. All depends on luck. If the nights are credited automatically, then you should be okay. IF they have to be manually credited, people are not getting the comp nights.
