A refund from them is just not a realistic expectation whatsoever. Truly sorry you're out the money, but hopefully you had travel interruption insurance for this, like others said.
Right, but they are all affiliated with the same company. It's like sending my Mazda to Japan to get repaired because the local dealer isn't owned by Mazda, merely affiliated. They should have some responsibility on the products they put their name on.
