Booking a hotel through AA, while flying with AA, all while paying with an AA credit card should leave one to believe that they will get reimbursed in the event of IRROPS.
How can they retain a loyal customer if they are not willing to be loyal themselves. I swear this is the only industry where you pay for a service and you are not even guaranteed to receive it. Surely, I can't be the only one that views it this way.
With all due respect, Booking.com is not even REMOTELY the same company as AA. And what credit card you paid with for the hotel is even MORE irrelevant.
It's right there on the
terms and conditons for bookAAhotels. You're doing a transaction with booking.com.
A refund from them is just not a realistic expectation whatsoever. Truly sorry you're out the money, but hopefully you had travel interruption insurance for this, like others said.
