Actually yes, I do expect them to refund me.
Booking a hotel through AA, while flying with AA, all while paying with an AA credit card should leave one to believe that they will get reimbursed in the event of IRROPS.
How can they retain a loyal customer if they are not willing to be loyal themselves. I swear this is the only industry where you pay for a service and you are not even guaranteed to receive it. Surely, I can't be the only one that views it this way.
