Pretty excited, We found a good J ticket for September KLM - YYZ-AMS-OPO and Return LIS-CDG-YYZ on AF.

I'm a AA flyer and I know they are famous for making changes to flights that far out and not alerting you. Then you check your flight more often than you'd like to find you've lost your seats/tight connection etc.

Question - How are KLM/AF in alerting regarding flight changes? Do I need to check my ticket every week/month etc? I have attached my Delta FF # to the reservation.
