You might want to rethink 45 minutes...

You have to get to the train - 5-10 minutes.
Wait for the train - 5 minutes.
Take the train - 10 minutes.
Get off train and walk to security - 5 minutes.
Clear security - 5 minutes if you are lucky.

You are now 15 minutes before departure and still need to walk to the gate. And if any of those things take more than the allotted time, you misconnect.

I am slightly worried about 2 hours from touchdown to takeoff.

Boarding not doors closing. I’m assuming a 6:35 flight will board biz class around 5:45 so we would leave no later than 5.
