You can get virtually almost all the currencies in a typical exchange center (there's plenty here including BEC, AlMulla etc etc). But, if you have an American bank account, I'd honestly recommend you to have all your transactions done through your credit/debit card since the KWD is pegged to the USD, you wouldn't be ripped off at all with the exorbitant exchange rates.
