Departures (level 3), out Door 5, and then crossing the road to go over to outer curb zone 17 is what I’ve been doing to get some Uber/Lyfts at the international terminal.

Ride share service availability is pretty good at around 8pm. 2-5 minute waits for getting me the cheapest or second cheapest rides.
