Booked a hotel with BookAAHotels, using my AA CC, and after AA cancelled my flight (maintenance), BookAAHotels refused to provide a refund ($491), citing that they are not responsible for any AA flight cancellations.

I easily spend $10k+ on BookAAhotels and it kinda breaks my heart the way they handled the situation.
