It was most likely originally scheduled as an A320 and was downguaged to an A319. They were using A320s for awhile on the flight back around Thanksgiving. Email receipts list seat number, but not equipment type. So it's difficult to know for sure. Flightstats event timeline shows flight loaded on 12/14 as A319, but it could have been scheduled as an A320 before that.
