I have a first class flight booked using miles on 12/17 DL2561. I just received an email saying my seat has been changed to main cabin. They gave me a $200 e credit which seems completely inadequate. At the minimum I feel they should refund half of my miles and then the credit. Before calling in (I’m overseas) what can I realistically expect? Any idea why I was downgraded?
