Did you upgrade or upfare? You are not supposed to be able to use +Ps if you upgrade. Somehow the underlying fare basis was not changed ... when you applied the +Ps, did it show 80 or 30? Or did you 'upgrade/fare' while +Ps were pending?
In any event, UA owes you one or the other back.
