Here are my overall rankings from most favorite to least favorite after my trip this past 1.5 weeks:
  1. The St. Regis: great service, great shower, great bed
  2. The Ritz-Carlton: awe-inspiring views, great bed, no free Elite breakfast (I knew this going in obviously)
  3. JW Polanco: great shower, great bed, delicious restaurant breakfast
  4. W Polanco: great bed, slightly worse shower than JW, very friendly
  5. Las Alcobas: great hard product, great shower, great welcome gift of cookies, billing issues and annoyances
  6. Sheraton Maria Isabel: nice location, good lounge, comfortable bed
  7. Westin Santa Fe: terrible Santa Fe location, but amazing bed
  8. Le Meridien: old and dated, but most things worked and were comfortable
  9. Marriott Reforma: scammy 21.x exchange rate by Grupo Diestra ownership
  10. JW Santa Fe: scammy 21.x exchange rate, gross first room assignment with bad cleanliness, and hard pillows
