The front desk agent is correct. "Leaders Club benefits will only be provided on publicly available rates and Leaders Club special members only rates reserved through an eligible booking channel. If your reservation was booked with a corporate or negotiated rate, you will be eligible to receive Leaders Club points but are not eligible to receive other Leaders Club benefits"
having gone back and read the policy, I think you’re right. Still odd that the stay is eligible for points (as confirmed by front desk) but not other benefits. Either way, so much for this program. I’ll go back to my usual Hyatt and Hilton properties in the area. Was only willing to try LHW out thanks to a 150 off 700 Amex offer on my business plat.
