If this map is correct the around egypts has two other xontinents close. I found some RTs in that area going from Asia (Saudi arabia) to ADD via CAI or to CAI via ADD in the 800 EUR range. That would generate 800 Points (no status points) at around 1 EUR per point.

Another good spots seems to be a Panama-Columbia-Carribean RT.
