Booked Knickerbocker hotel through corporate travel department on corporate rate. Two weeks ago, the property confirmed by phone that the stay was eligible for LHW benefits including breakfast. At checkin last night front desk agent bluntly told me my rate was “much too low” to receive LHW benefits, but that I would receive points. This will be my first and last stay with the program over these shenanigans.
Sounds like this was the front desk agent's fault?
