Question Aegean miles+bonus account locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts

Hello, I am writing to this forum, as it seems that Aegean is not going to help me at all with my issue.

In September of 2022, I tried to log in to my Aegean Miles+Bonus account and I got a message that my account is locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts. Of course, I never failed to fill in the correct password - let alone 5 times.
What the page suggested for unlocking my account, was to call their help center, which I did. After that, I changed my password.

One month later, I had the same exact issue, so I started thinking that my email that is used as my username was leaked somehow and an automated system / bot is trying to login but fails, as it doesn't know my password. So, after unlocking my account with the help of Aegean's help center, I changed the password and my email which acted as my username, thinking that this would resolve the issue.

And yet, one month later, I got once more the same message of 5 unsuccesfull attempts of logging in. After unlocking my account for yet another time, I started wondering how did this happen once again and I found out, that except for your e-mail, you may use the Aegean Miles+Bonus card number as your username, which means that even if you modify your email and provided your card number was leaked somehow, you cannot change this number at all and the bot will keep attempting logging in and locking your account.

I tried to call Aegean to let them know for my issue, but they insisted that they cannot help via phone and my best chance would be to send an e-mail to the company. The response of the company was outrageous, as they sent me back an automated text explaining how to reset my account if locked and all the features of the miles+bonus program.

I know of course that no one could help me from this forum changing my miles+bonus card number, since Aegean couldn't do it in the first place, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience with Aegean or any other airline and managed to resolve it somehow.
