Hahaha, that would be lovely. I'm more worried it would get too much attention and then prices are like at Six Senses
But in all honesty, there are a fair number of wellness and locally sourced, organic food focused (non-chain) Mountain Resorts in Austria that are punching well above their weight for the official hotel star categorization they hold (often 4 or 4.5* though no idea what half a star translates to). They are not cheap by any means, but as mentioned, you can get higher end room, Jr. Suites, Suites for say 350-600 Euro a night depending on season and often incl. at least half board and that dinner is not the Mallorca type mass tourist dinner buffets, but rather a multi-course elegant affair that changes daily and offers a few options at least for the mains. YMMV.
