Would this require a re-ticketing if taken up? It would quite suit me to change the outbound, but tbh I cant face the hassle of having to keep calling up to get it actually ticketed (it never seems to happen automatically to me when I change a flight).

The other thing I don't understand is why this is necessary at all: we seem to be through the worst of the weather - the next few days don't seem to have any snow in the forecast, and aside from being a little colder than normal, it looks like a pretty normal December.
