They do have some cheeses setup on a table when you enter and some sort of fancy looking ham on a carving thing all the way to right on the show kitchen. I don't generally get any of that so I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to or not.

I've been having the exec breakfast every weekday since I got here last Friday, including Monday 12 December, Constitution day. They had the international buffet setup on Monday outside the restaurant, but they still served the exec breakfast as well. Or perhaps I should say I had it, and there was never any mention that I couldn't have it on Monday.

FYI, the paper in the room on the desk does a good job of giving the schedule for each venue including the exec breakfast. It's every Monday - Friday. Monday was constitution day so they also had the international buffet setup, but the still had the exec breakfast on Monday at least as far as I could tell.

Sumit told me there's 3 exec breakfast menus and they change them every 4 days, which I assume means every 4 days they have the exec breakfast. Not sure, and some of that might be "lost in translation". I've had the salmon every day except today, despite it not being on the first menu (similar to what others have said). That was the menu with the brioche french toast. Today I tried the waffles and the salmon is back on the menu. I think the menu changed on Tuesday? Not sure. I don't always look at it.
