But CBP now clears you at immigration and there’s no further screening in IAB. Baggage could be directed to isolated carousels in the main terminal, with secondary where warranted. Connecting pax would collect in C/D and redrop.
regardless of precise flow I’m confident that with some thinking and design it could be done without some entirely segregated aero train
