AC40 - Refuelling stop

I will be flying on AC40 in a couple of weeks, and I just noticed on my booking page in-app that there is now a message warning of a refueling stop in HNL because of fuel shortage in Auckland. Just curious, do you usually get to disembark the airplane while that happens? Do you get lounge access during the stop? Never had this on a flight before.
